Isnaad Earns CIMS Certification

Isnaad LLC recently certified to the ISSA Cleaning Industry Management Standard (CIMS). The certification is valid for two years.

Developed by ISSA, CIMS is a comprehensive management and operations standard for cleaning organizations globally, and a game-changer for facility managers and cleaning business owners working in a competitive marketplace.

Founded in 2013, Isnaad is a United Arab Emirates (UAE)-based facilities management company, and is a subsidiary of Imdaad, owned by the Investment Corporation of Dubai (ICD). The company is the first organization to earn CIMS certification in the Middle East since 2019.

“Isnaad underwent a comprehensive assessment by a third-party CIMS-accredited auditor,” said Manuela D’Agata, ISSA International Education and Certification Director. “During the audit, Isnaad demonstrated to have in place the processes, policies, and management style needed to be professional, reliable, profitable, and sustainable in the long term, as well as the appropriate structure to deliver operational excellence.”
