ISS Completes Sale of French Hygiene Division

ISS has successfully completed the divestment of its ISS Hygiène et Prévention segment to Weinberg Capital Partners.
Based in France, the division provides hygiene and prevention services to the region and employs more than 1,500 workers. The sale is part of ISS’s overall strategy to focus on core activities. Financial details of the sale were not disclosed.
