ISS Exits Estonia

ISS announced the successful divestment of its activities in Estonia.
The company’s operations have been purchased by a collection of local and international investors. Per the terms of the deal, all ISS customers and employees will be transferred to the new ownership under their existing terms.
According to ISS, the divestment reflects the company’s strategy of focusing its core business in markets with significant future demand for integrated facility services
