ISS Exits Israel

ISS announced the successful divestment of its activities in  Israel.

The company’s inflight catering business will be sold to Newrest Group Holding S.A., a global provider of multi-sector catering, while ISS’s cleaning division will be sold to T&M Protection Resources Holdings Israel Ltd.

According to ISS, the divestment reflects the company’s strategy of focusing its core business in markets with significant future demand for integrated facility services. Financial terms of the transactions were not revealed.
