Congress Should Pass Tax Credit for Businesses to Reopen Safely
The authors of this Boston Herald op-ed represent Senné, a Boston-based real estate firm that is a member of the ISSA-led coalition advocating for a cleaning tax credit as part of the next federal stimulus package. In the opinion piece, the authors assert that “Cleanliness is especially important for the real estate industry, as we must ensure the thousands of properties we show and manage are safe for the public. Enhanced cleaning procedures help our communities reopen. This [cleaning tax credit] is important for Massachusetts and important for the country.”
