ISSA Helps Train the Trainers at Wake Forest University

ISSA’s Cleaning Management Institute (CMI) hosted a well-received Train the Trainer workshop earlier this week at Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
Marion Ivey, CMI’s Trainer of the Decade, and Brant Insero, ISSA’s director of education, presented the session, which included walkthroughs of specialized cleaning procedures and hands-on cleaning demonstrations Eighteen individuals from across the country participated in the session, including one who traveled more than 14 hours.
At the conclusion of the workshop, each participant successfully achieved CMI certification and became a Certified Professional Trainer, joining a network of more than 260,000 CMI-certified professionals worldwide. For more information on CMI, visit issa.com/cmi.
