ISSA Members Among PEOPLE’s Companies That Care

Three ISSA member companies have been named to PEOPLE magazine’s Companies that Care® 2021.

The second-annual list, developed in collaboration with Great Place to Work®, was based on analysis of survey responses from more than 5 million U.S. workers. Among the 100 companies listed in this year’s index include ISSA members Dow Chemical Co., Hyatt Hotels Corp., and Wegmans Food Markets.

“A caring environment is essential to creating a better place to work, especially in these uncertain times,” said Karen S. Carter, Dow chief human resources officer and chief inclusion officer. “When our people are supported, valued, and included, they can engage and contribute to the fullest. We are honored to receive this recognition for the second year, and we remain committed to cultivating a culture of care.”
