Jelmar Acquires ESPRO
May 15, 2019Jelmar, LLC has purchased Environmental Sports Products, LLC (ESPRO).
Jelmar’s acquisition includes the ESPRO Sports Cleaner Stain Remover brand, which is used by more than 100 collegiate and professional sports teams. Financial details of the purchase were not announced.
