Johnson Control Adds Director to Board

Johnson Controls, Inc. has named Pierre E. Cohade to its board of directors.
Cohade currently serves as a non executive director on the boards of Deutsche Bank China, Acorn International, and CEAT India. Cohade succeeds Brian Duperreault, who will retire as a director at the conclusion of the company’s 2019 annual meeting of shareholders after 15 years of service.
