Johnson Controls Acquires Lux Products

Johnson Controls, Inc. has acquired Philadelphia, PA-based thermostat manufacturer Lux Products Corp.
Johnson Controls’ purchase increases the company’s offerings of residential thermostats and smart home products. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.
