Johnson Controls Adds to Board

Johnson Controls, Inc. has named John D. Young to its board of directors.
Young has been with Pfizer, Inc. for more than three decades and currently serves as group president of the company’s essential health division.
Johnson Controls also announced that current board member David Abney will retire as a director following the company’s annual meeting of stockholders.
