Johnson Controls Announces Quarterly Dividend

Johnson Controls, Inc. announced a quarterly dividend of US$0.26 per share on the company’s common stock.
The dividend―$1.04 annualized with a yield of 2.94 percent―is payable April 12 to shareholders of record at the close of business March 18. Johnson Controls has paid consecutive dividends to its shareholders since 1887.
