Johnson Controls, Inc. has partnered with Broccolini Construction and Broccolini Investments to engineer and construct the new Maison de Radio-Canada building in Montreal, Canada.

Once completed later this year, the 418,000-square-foot facility will be the largest broadcasting datacenter in Canada and will house the Canadian Broadcasting Corp. (CBC)/Radio-Canada. Johnson Controls will provide the facility with HVAC systems, fire alarms and sprinklers, security video, and other building management solutions. The CBC has contracted Johnson Controls to provide lifecycle services to these facility services for the next 50 years.
