KBS Acquires Beck Facility Services

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) has purchased Beck Facility Services Inc.

The acquisition of the Newnan, Georgia-based commercial cleaning and maintenance provider expands KBS’s client portfolio and service offerings. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
