KBS Finalizes Purchase of Varsity

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) has completed its purchase of Varsity Facility Services.

Per the terms of the acquisition, Varsity will continue to operate under its current brand name as an operating division of KBS. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
