Kimberly-Clark Announces Updates to Leadership Team

Kimberly-Clark Corp., parent company of Kimberly-Clark Professional, has announced several updates to the company’s executive leadership team.

Jeff Melucci has been named as chief transformation, business development, and legal officer. The appointment expands Melucci’s role from his previous position of senior vice president of business development and general counsel. Melucci’s new position assumes the duties of Achal Agarwal, who is retiring at the end of the year following a 12-year tenure with Kimberly-Clark.

In addition, Kimberly-Clark has appointed Gonzalo Uribe president of the company’s Latin American consumer business. He succeeds Sergio Cruz, who has been named to a newly created leadership role focused on Kimberly-Clark’s digital business foundation and capabilities.
