Kimberly-Clark Names Michael Hsu CEO
October 22, 2018Kimberly-Clark Corp., parent company of Kimberly-Clark Professional, has appointed Michael D. Hsu CEO effective January 1, 2019.
Hsu has served as Kimberly-Clark’s president and chief operating officer since January 2017. He succeeds Thomas J. Falk, who has served as CEO since 2002. Falk will remain with Kimberly-Clark as executive chairman of the company’s board to ensure a smooth transition.
