KSS Enterprises Acquires Michigan Distributor
January 31, 2022KSS Enterprises recently acquired STV Sales for an undisclosed sum.
The purchase of the Saginaw, Michigan-based distributor is the third acquisition by KSS in recent months. In September 2021, the company acquired Midland Chemical Co. and Midland Paper Co., which it consolidated into a new facility featuring a product showroom, distribution warehouse, and executive offices in Midland, Michigan. KSS will also fold STV Sales’ operations into the Midland property, allowing for centralized distribution and sales support.
