Liqui-Box Acquires DS Smith’s Plastics Division

Liqui-Box Corp. has acquired DS Smith PLC’s plastics division, DS Smith Plastics.

The acquisition includes DS Smith’s Rapak and Worldwide Dispenser brands and expands Liqui-Box’s international footprint and product offerings. Financial details of the purchase were not disclosed.
