M.D. Stetson Merges With Supreme Industrial

M.D. Stetson Co. has entered into a definitive agreement to merge with Supreme Industrial Products.

The newly created entity will be known as Next Gen Supply Group. The agreement calls for the owners of both organizations to own and operate Next Gen Supply as equal partners. The company’s product-manufacturing operations will be located in M.D. Stetson’s Randolph, Mass. facility while all distribution services will operate out of Supreme Industrial’s Mansfield, Mass. location.
