McMorrow Reports Acquires FMLink

The McMorrow Reports has purchased FMLink Group LLC.

McMorrow Reports’ acquisition of the digital magazine expands its content offerings in the facility management marketplace. The FMLink Group also publishes a general weekly newsletter and rotating topical newsletters.

Per the terms of the deal, FMLink founder Peter Kimmel will serve as a strategic account manager, engaging clients of the now combined enterprise. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
