Medline Completes Acquisition of Hudson RCI

Medline Industries Inc. has finalized its purchase of a significant portion of the Hudson RCI® brand of respiratory products from Teleflex.

The acquisition, announced last month, enhances Medline’s portfolio of oxygen and aerosol therapy, active humidification, and pulmonary hygiene products. The deal also includes a respiratory sterile water products manufacturing plant in Arlington Heights, Illinois, and a factory producing a variety of respiratory consumables in Nuevo Laredo, Mexico. Financial terms of the purchase were not disclosed.
