milliCare Acquired by Private Equity Firm
January 10, 2022milliCare Floor & Textile Care has been purchased by global investment firm The Riverside Company.
Per the terms of the agreement, more than 30 milliCare franchise owners and 40 locations will transfer to Riverside’s portfolio. milliCare will function as an add-on investment to Riverside’s existing Clintar platform, which offers franchise solutions for a wide network of commercial property maintenance and cleaning services. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
