Newell Brands Adds to Board

Newell Brands, Inc., parent company of Rubbermaid Commercial Products, has expanded its board of directors with the addition of two executives.

James Craigie and Debra Crew have been named independent directors. Craigie is the former CEO of household goods manufacturer Church & Dwight Co, Inc. while Crew is the former CEO of Reynolds American, Inc., an American tobacco firm.

In addition, Newell announced plans to nominate Judith Sprieser, founder and former CEO of Transora, Inc., to its board at the company’s annual shareholders meeting later this year.
