Newell Brands Adds to Board

Newell Brands Inc., parent company of Rubbermaid Commercial Products, has elected Jay L. Johnson to the company’s board of directors.

Johnson currently serves as executive vice president, treasurer, and chief financial officer for Lamar Advertising Co. Prior to joining Lamar Advertising, Johnson served in a variety of operational and financial leadership roles in the hospitality and real estate industries. In addition to his position on Newell Brand’s board, he will also be a member of the board’s audit committee.
