Newell Brands CEO Announces Retirement
March 15, 2019Newell Brands, Inc., parent company of Rubbermaid Commercial Products, announced Michael Polk will retire as company CEO and president at the end of the second quarter.
Polk has served as president and CEO since 2011. Newell’s board has initiated the search for Polk’s successor with the assistance of global executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles International, Inc.
