Newell Brands Details Quarterly Dividend

Newell Brands, Inc., parent company of Rubbermaid Commercial Products, has declared a quarterly dividend of US$0.23 per share on the company’s common stock.

The dividend―$0.92 annualized with a yield of 4.4 percent—is payable September 14 to Newell Brands shareholders of record at the close of business August 31.
