Nichols has acquired jansan distributor Spectrum Janitorial Supply Corp.

Nichols’ purchase of the Indianapolis, IN-based firm expands the company’s product offerings and strengthens its presence in the Midwest. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
