Office Depot Adds Two to Board

Office Depot has expanded its board with the addition of two new members, Quincy Allen and Shashank Samant.

Allen most recently served as go-to-market leader of cognitive process services for IBM. He has also held senior leadership positions with Unisys, Vertis Communications, and Xerox, OPI reports. Samant has served as CEO of digital product engineering firm GlobalLogic since 2011. Prior to that, Samant headed professional services for Hewlett-Packard’s Verifone division.
