Office Depot Divests Nordics Division

Office Depot has agreed to divest its Nordics division to Frank Egholm.

The sale was considered a management buyout transaction; Egholm previously served as CEO of Office Depot’s Nordics segment, OPI reports. Office Depot’s Nordics division is based in Sweden, employing 450 workers and also servicing customer in Denmark, Finland, and Norway. Financial terms of the divestment were not disclosed.
