Office Depot Divests Two European Divisions

Office Depot has agreed to sell its subsidiaries in the Czech Republic and Slovakia to PBS Holding.

According to Office Depot, the transaction is part of the company’s overall transformational strategy to focus on e-commerce, OPI reports. Financial details of the divestment were not disclosed.
