Office Depot Finalizes Divestment of European Business
January 3, 2017Office Depot Inc. has finalized the divestment of its European business to international asset management firm the Aurelius Group.
The deal, which was announced in September 2016, includes Office Depot’s operations in 14 countries. The transaction is part of Office Depot’s long-term financial strategy to focus on its North America business.
