PCC Purchases Ohio Distributor

Products Chemical Company LLC (PCC) has acquired the assets of STRIB Industries.

PCC’s purchase of the Cleveland, OH-based cleaning chemical blending and distribution firm expands the company’s geographical footprint. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Cohen Capital Consultants and Decisive Actions LLC served as intermediary advisors to STRIB Industries in connection with the transaction. Shamrock Investment Group, Inc. is serving as post-merger integration advisor to PCC in connection with the transaction.
