PDI Acquires Tru-D SmartUVC

PDI has purchased a majority share of Tru-D SmartUVC.

The acquisition expands PDI’s offerings of infection prevention and environmental services products including Tru-D’s UVC robotics technology. Financial terms of the purchase were not disclosed.
