P&G Named a Great Place to Work

January 20, 2022

Procter & Gamble (P&G), parent company of Procter & Gamble Professional (P&G PRO), announced its U.S. business segment has been certified as a Great Place to Work® by the Great Place to Work® Institute.

To achieve certification from the institute, organizations must anonymously survey their employees based on a variety of key research-backed workplace metrics and submit a complete culture brief detailing internal programs and practices. Great Place to Work certification is based on meeting or exceeding the institute’s long-established benchmarks.

“Whether our employees work in a research lab, one of our manufacturing facilities, or somewhere else along the value chain, they are trusted to do what’s needed to make an impact, take on a business challenge, or support their team-members to be their best. This is true in times of crisis, stability or breakthrough,” said Vinitaa Jayson, P&G North America senior vice president of human resources.
