P&G Pro Partners With Lyft

Procter & Gamble Professional has entered into a strategic partnership with ride-share provider Lyft Inc.

As part of the agreement, P&G teamed with medical experts at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center to develop cleaning guidelines for Lyft drivers. P&G will also provide Lyft drivers with cleaning and disinfecting products approved by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) as being effective against SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19.

“As people across America continue to use Lyft, we’re proud to offer drivers the products that will help provide a clean and disinfected space for themselves and their passengers,” said Paul Edmondson, vice president P&G Pro North America. “By using familiar, trusted brands like Spic and Span and Microban 24 Professional as part of their health and safety program, Lyft drivers and riders can feel more comfortable in their next ride.”
