PuroClean Acquired By Majority Owners
October 7, 2019PuroClean has been purchased by Mark W. Davis and Frank Torre.
Davis, the PuroClean’s CEO and chairman, and Torre, the company’s vice chairman, have served as majority owners of the restoration and remediation franchise for the past four years. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced.
