RJ Schinner Acquires JMZ Distributing
October 17, 2017R.J. Schinner Co., Inc. has acquired the assets of JMZ Distribution.
The purchase of the Englewood, CO -based wholesale distributor expands R.J. Schinner’s product offerings and geographical footprint. Per the terms of the transaction, JMZ Distributing ‘s owners and employees will join R.J. Schinner’s team. Financial details of the deal were not announced.
