Rochester Midland Acquires WellBeing Hygiene
March 6, 2017Rochester Midland Corp. has acquired the assets and intellectual property of Gainesville, GA-based WellBeing Hygiene, Inc.
Per the terms of the deal, WellBeing’s employees will join Rochester Midland’s staff. The purchase expands the Rochester Midland’s geographical footprint and restroom hygiene product portfolio.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
