Sale of KBS Finalized

Private investment firm GI Partners has finalized the sale of Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) to Cerberus Capital Management L. P.

GI Partners had acquired KBS in 2014, significantly expanding the company during the past five years through organic growth and a series of acquisitions. Financial details of the divestment were not announced.
