Santec Acquires Jayen Chemical Supplies

The purchase of the Plainview, NY-based janitorial supply distributor expands Santec’s client portfolio and product offerings. Per the terms of the deal, Jeff Nemeth, owner of Jayen Chemical, will join Santec’s staff.
