SC Johnson Acquires Sunscreen Manufacturer
June 14, 2019SC Johnson, parent company of SC Johnson Professional, has acquired Sun Bum®, an Encinitas, Cali.-based manufacturer of personal care products.
SC Johnson’s purchase includes the Baby Bum® line of sun protection and childcare products. Financial terms of the acquisition, which is subject to customary closing conditions, were not disclosed.
