SC Johnson Purchases Stake in Sunscreen Manufacturer

SC Johnson, parent company of SC Johnson Professional, has purchased a majority stake in Coola LLC.

SC Johnson’s investment in the California-based mineral sunscreen manufacturer adds to its product portfolio, The Milwaukee Business Journal reports. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed. The transaction marks SC Johnson’s second foray into the sunscreen market; the company purchased Sun Bum earlier this year.
