SCA to Upgrade British Tissue Plant

SCA will invest US$18 million to upgrade its Skelmersdale, England, manufacturing facility.
The expansion project will add a new through-air drying machine to the plant, which produces tissue and other paper products. Once completed, the expansion will streamline and increase the facility’s production capabilities.
