Sentinel Maintenance Acquired by Kleen-Tech
October 15, 2021Kleen-Tech Services LLC has acquired Sentinel Maintenance from-Skyway Capital Markets LLC.
Per the terms of the transaction, Sentinel will operate under its current brand name, providing new services to Kleen-Tech’s existing customer base. Sentinel’s leadership team of Marc Schultz and Chris Greco will continue to lead the brand. Financial terms of the purchase were not announced.
