ServiceMaster Names New President

ServiceMaster Global Holdings, Inc., parent company of ServiceMaster Clean, has appointed Kim Scott president of its Terminix Residential division.

Scott joins Terminix from Rubicon Global, where she served as president. Prior to her tenure with Rubicon Global, Scott spent four years as president of CHEP North America, a division of Brambles Ltd., Building Services Management reports.

In a related move, Lance Martin has been named vice president of field services, reporting to Scott. Martin has been with Terminix for more than 25 years.
