Six ISSA Members Included in 2023 Gender-Equality Index
February 1, 2023Six ISSA-member companies have been named to Bloomberg’s 2023 Gender-Equality Index (GEI).
Bloomberg’s annual list recognizes the financial performance of public companies committed to supporting gender equality through policy development, representation, and transparency. The GEI measures gender equality across five pillars: female leadership and talent pipeline, equal pay and gender pay parity, inclusive culture, sexual harassment policies, and pro-women brand. This year’s GEI included 484 companies across 45 countries, drawn from a pool of more than 6,000 companies.
The ISSA members included in the 2023 GEI include:
- The Clorox Co., parent company of CloroxPro™
- Colgate-Palmolive Co.
- Dow Chemical Co.
- Ecolab Inc.
- Proctor & Gamble (P&G), parent company of Proctor & Gamble Professional (P&G PRO)
- Unilever PLC, parent company of Seventh Generation Professional.
