Sodexo recently expanded its leadership team with the addition of two vice presidents.
Jessica Synkoski has been named vice president of sustainability and corporate social responsibility for Sodexo North America. She joins Sodexo from AstraZeneca where she most recently was the director of governance and reporting for global sustainability. Prior to her time with AstraZeneca, Synkoski served in similar sustainability leadership roles at Lockheed Martin and United Technologies.
Sodexo also appointed Tony Tenicela vice president of diversity, equity, and inclusion for the company’s U.S. operations. Tenicela comes to Sodexo from IBM, where he served as the company’s global leader for marketplace diversity and workforce engagement services.
“The success of this work is directly connected to thoughtful strategies and expert leadership which shape company DNA and culture,” said Mia Mends, Sodexo global chief diversity equity and inclusion officer. “We are thrilled to add two leaders that are passionate and innovative and possess a track record of success advancing impact strategies across global companies. Sodexo will strongly benefit from their leadership.”
