Sodexo Partners With Women Back to Work

March 15, 2021 Sodexo Partners With Women Back to Work

Sodexo has announced a partnership with the Women Back to Work (WBW) initiative.

According to the U.S. Labor Department, more than 2.5 million women have left the workplace since February of last year. The WBW program provides a structured approach for these female professionals to return to the workforce after a break in their career.

Sodexo has committed to assist in bridging the employment gap for women by providing access to apply for hundreds of open management opportunities. The company has targeted leadership roles in IT, marketing, finance, communications, and human resources as initial opportunities for participants of the WBW program.

“We are excited to continue our support of women,” said Stephanie Payne, Sodexo North America senior vice president of human resources. “We are proud to partner with Women Back to Work and help connect women looking to re-enter the workforce with available roles at Sodexo.”
