Sodexo Recognized for Excellence in Hispanic Inclusion

October 7, 2021 Sodexo Recognized for Excellence in Hispanic Inclusion

Sodexo was recently recognized for its Hispanic inclusion initiatives by two Latinx organizations—the Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility (HACR) and LATINA Style Inc.

LATINA Style named Sodexo among the Top 50 Best Companies for Latinas to Work for in the U.S. for 2021. This marks the 13th consecutive year the company has been included in LATINA Style’s list. The ranking recognizes companies that encourage training, mentorship, retention, and promote Latinas within the company. In addition, Sodexo received five-star ratings for procurement and governance and three-star ratings for employment and philanthropy on the 2021 HACR Corporate Inclusion Index (CII).

“As a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) leader of Peruvian heritage, I am very pleased that our efforts toward Hispanic and Latinx inclusion have been recognized by HACR and LATINA Style. These awards demonstrate that our actionable commitments to creating an inclusive environment are making a difference,” said Tony Tenicela, Sodexo vice president of DE&I.
